WHAT IS THE TWO-DAY-RULE?
The TWO-DAY-RULE is a habit developed by a motivational speaker named matt D,avelle.It is developed to give people enough productive time and rest through out the week.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
It is simple.
You take a calender and put a cross in the next two days and leave the third day empty.You again mark the 4th & 5th day leaving the 6th blank and so on.
The crossed days are the days you work and the blank days you will rest for the next cycle of three days.
WHY YOU AND I NEED THIS?
As human beings,we easily get demotivated and turn lazy leaving most of our work undone.
We usually have a very low concentration on our work and we feel tired after a day of productivity.
To solve this problem we need this rule where we work and rest at the same time.
BENIFIT OF THIS?
Just the way a ship without a sailor will be drifted away by the ocean's waves to unnecessary destination.
The same way,a life without any rules will be drifted away with our current desires,feelings and mood.
As a personal user of this rule I found that I managed to gain a lot of muscles and strength through out the years
It kept me on track for a really long time and it allowed me to complete most of my daily tasks regularly.
This habit will keep you productive for 20/30 days each month.
